The Tiger Woods scandal is getting the Law & Order treatment. It’s embellished and technically fiction, but NBC clearly stole this script from Woods. Its promo for Law & Order: L.A. even boasts “yeah, we’re going there.” A golf superstar, a harem of mistresses, a club-wielding scorned wife who “rescued” him, a 911 call … bring back memories of the Tiger- Elin Woods fight ? Check it out the episode promo here (at the 30-second mark) … Law & Order: Tiger Woods Of course, the similarities end when a female golf pro gets whacked. As far as we know, Tiger never tried to off Rachel Uchitel & Co. Just pay them off.

Tiger Woods Tweets Love For Kids, Pie

Tiger Woods has come a long way since last Thanksgiving. Last year, there was a car crash, a likely 9-iron to the grill and a series of revelations that led to him being crowned THG’s Biggest Turkey of the year. His fake, perfect life unraveled that infamous night. This Thanksgiving, though? Just some fake Tweets about his new low-key, family-oriented life. FACADE : The star’s seemingly perfect life was anything bu t. With Elin Nordegren long gone, Tiges spent a quiet holiday with his two kids, Sam, 3, and Charlie, 1? and his mother, Kultida, a source reports. Sounds like it went well. “I just finished a pretty tough cardio session this morning because of all the apple and pumpkin pie,” the golfer Tweeted . No word if he went creepin’ on random hoes later. True or not (you never know with Mr. Corporate), the guy clearly wants us to think he’s reflected on life and is focusing on what’s truly important. It’s probably accurate, at least to a point. Hard not to reexamine your life after all that. Here’s hoping Woods has turned the corner internally.

Tiger Woods: "Infinitely Happier" One Year Later

While in some sense it seems like forever ago, just one year back Tiger Woods was on top of the world with longtime dominance in golf seemingly a forgone conclusion. That all came crashing down during the 2009 Thanksgiving holiday, with reports of Woods being injured after crashing his SUV into a tree spiraling into a mistress scandal with seemingly countless women. One year later, the always-guarded PGA pro is starting to open up a bit more – recently telling ESPN’s “Mike and Mike in the Morning” that he’s an “infinitely” happier person now than he was a year ago. “[I'm] just more clear, more clear about my perspective, who I am, where I want to go,” he said. “It’s amazing how much better I feel internally each and every day.” And while he’s since split wife now ex-wife Elin Nordegren, Woods is making sure to keep his children, Sam Alexis and Charlie Axel, a top priority. Of the joys he gets from fatherhood, Tiger said, “Giving my son, Charlie, a bath, for example, beats chipping another bucket of balls. Making mac and cheese for him and his sister, Sam, is better than dining in any restaurant.” Woods also knows that he’ll have to revisit the dirty laundry aired after last year’s Thanksgiving accident in the future – as his children will surely someday seek his side of the story. What would this holiday be without family, food, football and reflection upon the things we appreciate most … in the case of THG, that means some of the bird-brained celebs we’ve had the privilege of covering in the past year. Without further ado, THG’s Top 10 Turkeys of ’10 … We may rename this the Spencer Pratt Thanksgiving Turkey Award. 10. Barack Obama . The good will and immense popularity enjoyed by the President at the start of his White House term eroded fast, leaving in its wake a deeply polarized electorate and a Congress destined for partisan gridlock. 9. Jake Pavelka. Lame stints on The Bachelorette , The Bachelor and DWTS were enough to overcook this turkey, but his televised breakup special with fake fiancee Vienna Girardi was the year’s reality TV douchepocalypse. 8. The Kardashians. Sure, they’re harmless, but there’s so darn many of these girls. Mix in a hearty helping of Scott Disick and we’re just burned out. 7. LeBron James. The NBA’s best player, who has never won a title, made this summer all about him and his decision on where to play next year. A “decision” that marked the most absurd, narcissistic, self-serving stunts in sports history. 6. Spencer Pratt. He’s fallen off from 2008′s Top Turkey status, but he’s got staying power. Faking a divorce, getting married for a third time in as many years, blowing through $10 million and turning into a mountain man? Impressive. 5. Dancing With the Stars voters . Bristol Palin? Seriously people? 4. Lindsay Lohan. The definition of train wreck. Second only to … 3. Charlie Sheen. His violent altercation with wife Brooke Mueller last Christmas combined with Capri Anderson dalliances this fall? Quite a year for Charlie. 2. Mel Gibson. Why? Just listen to his rants . Wow. 1. Tiger Woods. Today, or more accurately early tomorrow morning, is the anniversary of Tiger’s car (and image) crash, following a blowout with Elin Nordegren, who learned of his affair with Rachel Uchitel and took a 9-iron to his face. The months that followed revealed additional mistresses, worried voicemails, nasty text messages , sordid fantasies, ridiculous rumors and bad golf. It’s a scandal that may never be equaled, and certainly worthy of Top Turkey billing. If nothing else … Tiger Woods’ Thanksgiving can’t be worse than last year’s .

They say a Tiger can’t change his stripes. Well, a year after Tiger Woods’ infamous Thanksgiving weekend car wreck, which revealed his affair with Rachel Uchitel and ignited a mammoth sex scandal, the golfer is up to his old tricks. No, not Joslyn James and Devon James. But similar tricks. “He’s seeing random girls, creeping around in a low-key way,” Us Weekly quotes an alleged Tiger insider as saying. “I don’t think you can call it ‘dating.’” PROWLIN’! Tiger is supposedly in the hunt (for tail) once again. So basically, dude’s on the prowl for cocktail waitresses all over Florida, but it’s hard to call it dating when you get kicked out of the house at 6:30 a.m. Oddly, this bogus report goes on to reveal Tiger’s actual plans for Thursday one paragraph later: “The kids and his mom will join him for Thanksgiving.” His ex-wife Elin Nordegren , meanwhile, is “not dating, but is in great spirits,” the source adds. Well, that’s good to hear … $110 million has to help.

Enjoying the perks of being a worldwide superstar, Beyonce Knowles was spotted riding aboard a chauffeured golf cart at LAX International Airport yesterday (November 23). The “Crazy in Love” songstress looked to be enjoying herself as she made her way through the terminal in a black top, dark wash jeans, and knee-high lace-up black boots. Beyonce is pumped about the release of her new DVD “I Am… World Tour” on November 30, especially because she directed the film. Tiger Woods is reeling – on and off the golf course. Nearly a year after the Thanksgiving car crash that exposed his affair with Rachel Uchitel and later countless others, the golfer is opening up to Newsweek . “Last November, everything I thought I knew about myself changed abruptly, and what others perceived about me shifted, too,” Woods writes in an essay. For Tiger Woods (and THG), life changed forever that night. Last Thanksgiving night, the golfer drove his Escalade into a fire hydrant outside the home he shared with wife Elin Nordegren and their two young children. Later, we learned he and Elin were arguing over his affair with Uchitel. It was just the beginning of one of the biggest sex scandals in history unraveling. Woods writes: “I had been conducting my personal life in an artificial way, detached from values my upbringing had taught, and I should have embraced.” “The physical pain from that car accident has long healed.
