John Travolta Scandal: First Accuser Admits Wrong Date, Hotel Video Key to Second Masseur’s Claims

The masseur suing John Travolta for sexual battery in a Beverly Hills hotel is admitting a major hole in his shocking story – that the date he claimed the actor groped his crotch – January 16 of this year – is wrong. John Doe #1 still maintains the attack happened, however. Travolta’s lawyer has insisted from the beginning that he was in New York City during the alleged massage gone awry, proving it with flight records . The anonymous accuser’s account of the incident remains the same, however, but in a significant development, he now says it took place earlier . “It was a miscalculation,” one source claims about him claiming the wrong date. “The lawsuit will likely be amended, but it doesn’t change the facts.” Meanwhile, the Atlanta resort hotel where John Travolta stayed at when he allegedly sexually assaulted a second masseur has been put on notice. The hotel is preserving its surveillance video as evidence in the lawsuit filed by the man, also unidentified and also seeking $2 million in damages. “The hotel has been notified by the masseur’s attorney to preserve the surveillance video of the time when Travolta stayed there,” a source said. “The surveillance video will be crucial evidence in the case because it shows Travolta going to the spa the next day after it is claimed the incident occurred, looking for the masseur, because he wanted to see him again.” “This is all detailed in the lawsuit. Travolta was told the masseur wasn’t available and he left. The masseur was extremely upset when he left Travolta’s room, which would have been captured on the camera in the hall as well.” “The hotel has indicated that they will preserve all evidence in the case, including the surveillance video, and all electronic communication regarding Travolta. They are standing by the masseur,” the insider says. Management of the hotel have met with staff and placed them on a strict no-press lockdown on the subject, with the threat of losing their job. According to the lawsuit filed by the masseur in Atlanta: “Travolta suddenly turned on his stomach with his legs wide open with a full erection. He then tried to force Doe Plaintiff #2′s hand on Travolta’s scrotum.” “Then, Travolta started to grab, rub and caress Doe Plaintiff No. 2′s upper thighs and buttocks.” “Travolta still had an erection and wanted his abdominals done but Travolta’s erection was in the way and he refused to have his penis covered by a sheet of a pillow case cover.” “Travolta started masturbating about 15 minutes left in the session, and Doe Plaintiff #2 said he had to go.” A third accuser, identified as Fabian Zanzi , has also come forward, saying Travolta sexually harassed and propositioned him on a cruise ship. Fabian Zanzi: John Travolta Sexually Harassed Me on Cruise Ship!

And then there were three. Another man has come forward with allegations that John Travolta sexually harassed him. Fabian Zanzi says Travolta came onto him on a cruise ship. The Chilean-born Zanzi alleges Travolta accosted him while he was working on a Royal Caribbean ship in 2009. The actor was a guest on the boat. Zanzi, a former employee of the cruise line, was in charge of VIP guests for the ship when the alleged incident involving John Travolta took place. Zanzi gave South American news website ABC.es the following account: “He had something on his neck. I thought it was fuzz. As I approached, he took off his white coat and was naked. He hugged me and asked me to do a massage.” Zanzi alleges that Travolta offered $12,000 to have sex, but he says he refused. Zanzi says he will file a sexual harassment lawsuit against Travolta. As previously reported, in a shocking lawsuit against John Travolta filed this week, two unidentified masseurs allege that Travolta sexually assaulted them. They are suing the actor for $2 million in damages. Each. Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer, has vehemently denied the sexual battery allegations . Travolta has been married to actress Kelly Preston since 1991 and has two children. Their eldest child, Jett, tragically passed away in 2009. [Photo: Pacific Coast News]

Ola Ray, Michael Jackson Video Star, Settles Lawsuit Over "Thriller" Profits

Ola Ray, the girl who played Michael Jackson’s date in the famed “Thriller” music video (below), has settled her lawsuit over payment for her role. Three years after filing suit, and 29 years after starring in it. Ray sued MJ and his production company in May 2009, the month before Jackson died, claiming she was owed royalties from the 1983 smash. Michael Jackson – Thriller The video was perhaps Jackson’s biggest career highlight. The former Playboy Playmate sued Jackson for breach of contract, insisting that she was still owed a massive share of “Thriller” profits . Terms were not disclosed, but the out-of-court settlement implies Ray was paid in some way, rather than the court tossing her complaint. “Thriller” video director John Landis has filed a similar lawsuit against MJ Estate, with both sides still trying to negotiate a settlement.

John Travolta Sex Allegations Contradicted By Flight Records?

A masseur’s sexual assault claim against John Travolta (the first one) could be unraveling after flight records suggest the actor was not in L.A. at the time. On the morning of the alleged incident, Travolta, 58, arrived in New York from L.A. TMZ has photos and receipts that allegedly prove it, and there’s this: He was also seen at a wardrobe fitting in NYC’s Greenwich Hotel. According to the lawsuit, the alleged sexual assault occurred at 10 a.m. in Beverly Hills. Travolta’s attorney, Marty Singer, previously provided a photograph and a Mr. Chow restaurant receipt as proof his client was in New York that day. The flight can’t be independently verified via public flight tracking services because his plane’s flight records are blocked, but it’s a strong argument. The attorney strongly denies all claims made by the L.A. masseur, as well as claims from a second John Travolta accuser in Atlanta, also a masseur. Each accuser is seeking $2 million in damages. Okorie Okorocha, the lawyer for both plaintiffs, claims other accusers may come forward as well. John Doe #1 issued a statement today, perhaps prompted by this alleged evidence, insinuating that it – not his story – could be fabricated. Travolta’s attorney calls both accusations “absurd and fictional,” and suggested the second accuser based his made-up story on media reports.

John Doe #1 to John Travolta in Bizarre, Rambling Statement: Be Well!

The anonymous plaintiff in the John Travolta sexual battery lawsuit has released a bizarre, rambling statement to weigh in on the scandalous case. In it, the masseur, who alleges Travolta fondled him and offered sexual favors during a massage gone wrong, wishes the actor good health and happiness. Mostly, he criticizes the media for its handling of this subject and urges the public to let the courts, not celebrity gossip , make the final judgment. In addition to lamenting the “circus” surrounding the explosive allegations he personally made, Travolta’s accuser appears to reference claims made by the actor’s attorney about alleged evidence that disproves his claim. He also mentions the second accuser, also a masseur, who joined the lawsuit with allegations of similar sexual misconduct by Travolta. Excerpts from John Doe’s statement appear below: “As the unidentified masseur in the John Travolta case I have an opinion that I wanted to share.” “I don’t think anyone should form any opinion about Mr. Travolta, his family, his council, myself, [ the second accuser ], and our counsel. I would urge everyone to understand that guilt or innocence in our Justice System is decided by our court system.” “Too often these matters are decided by swaying public opinion through elements that would never be considered in an actual court case.” “For instance, a photograph, a restaurant receipt, testimony, and other things that may or may not constitute proof have strict guidelines that must be followed. A fine example is the amazing number of guilty people that escape their crimes due to the mishandling of evidence. Is it disappointing, of course it is, but it is a price we must pay in order to have a justice system that runs in a constitutional manner.” “Despite the circus that celebrity matters seem to spiral into, we should grant all parties involved a wait-and-see attitude, and wait for either the official decision of a judge and jury, or the possibility of a dignified discussion between people who are not pit bulls, or aces, or anything, but are actually officers of the court (lawyers) who have sworn an oath to protect the justice system from losing its blind lady of justice with scales and replacing her with the days of Salem Witch Hunts.” “Even though Mr. Travolta and his counsel are on opposing sides in this matter, I do wish them good health, happiness, and want them to be judged with absolute fairness as our great nation affords all citizens regardless of their wealth or station.” [Photo: WENN.com]

John Travolta’s Lawyer Reveals Photos To Prove Innocence

After two masseurs have come forward claiming they were sexually assaulted while giving private massages, John Travolta’s legal team is taking action to prove their client’s innocence to the public. On Wednesday (May 9), the “Grease” actor’s attorney, Marty Singer, released two photos of the star that were allegedly taken in New York City on January 16, 2012 at a costume fitting session for his upcoming movie, “Killing Season.” Each of the shots were reportedly time stamped to show that they were taken at 4:30pm and 5:21pm, respectively, and would ultimately prove that John could not have been at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on the date of the assault. As previously reported by GossipCenter, Singer put out the following statement in defense of his client: “This lawsuit is complete fiction and fabrication. None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred.” “The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie…On that date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast. Plaintiff’s attorney has filed this suit to try and get his 15 minutes of fame. John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and Plaintiff for malicious prosecution,” the press release adds. Photo Credit: Marty Singer

More John Travolta Accusers to Join Lawsuit, Lawyer Says

The lawyer for the two masseurs suing John Travolta for sexual assault claims others have come forward with similar stories and will join the lawsuit. Okorie Okorocha, who reps John Travolta accuser (John Doe) #1 and #2, says he’s keeping their identities secret because they’re victims of sex crimes. He also says he fears backlash against the men from the powerful actor. Okorocha claims he tried settling the first sexual battery lawsuit involving John Doe #1 discretely, telling Travolta’s lawyers they could go through a private judge and keep everything completely confidential, only to be rebuffed. Okorocha also says Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer, is off base when he says the movie legend was not in L.A. January 16, as he vehemently insists. That’s date the first incident allegedly occurred, and Okorocha says during their initial discussions, Travolta’s lawyers conceded the actor was in L.A. The second alleged victim came forward days with a similar account of Travolta paying for a massage, then propositioning him/groping his genitals. It’s unclear how many other men may join the salacious lawsuit, if any, but the first two John Does are seeking $2 million in damages … apiece. [Photo: WENN.com]
