"This Means War": In Theaters Now!

Bringing his latest cinematic offering to the big screen, director McG’s “This Means War” was released into theaters today (February 17). The action/comedy flick stars quite the cast, as Reese Witherspoon , Chris Pine , Tom Hardy and Chelsea Handler are all named to its roster. “This Means War” is about two top CIA operatives who wage an epic battle against one another after they discover they are dating the same woman. The project was initially given an R-rating for “some sexual content” stemming mostly came from Handler’s funny, but crude character. Following the ruling, Fox immediately edited out some of the explicit content and got the rating docked down to PG-13. ?

Robin Thicke: Arrested For Marijuana Possession

Singer Robin Thicke has been arrested for marijuana possession in N.Y. City. According to law enforcement, the 34-year-old was busted Friday in Manhattan near Madison Square Park. Police claim they saw him lighting up a joint in a black SUV. He was extremely cooperative, at least, and even signed a few autographs. “He wasn’t driving,” a police source said Friday. “He was sitting in the car. He was arrested and a small amount of marijuana was recovered on him.” There was another passenger in the luxury SUV at the time of the incident, but Thicke was the only person to be arrested, apparently. His arrest follows his performance Thursday night at the Nomad’s Way gala to benefit educational initiatives in Kazakhstan, hosted by Sigourney Weaver. Thicke was given a desk appearance ticket and released soon after. A rep for Robin, the son of actor Alan Thicke of Growing Pains fame, had no comment. [Photo: WENN.com]

Of the shindig, SMG told press, “You stand next to these women and you realize how much they have to sacrifice. It’s hard enough to have your partner, your spouse, go to work every day, but can you imagine? They don’t know if they’ll even come home or what condition they’ll be in. And they’re sacrificing all this for us.” The best part of the night was that every mother-to-be got hooked up with a “Shower in a Box,” consisting of various products to help them as they journey into motherhood.Photo Credit: Getty Images
